Film Noir?

Film Noir is not a genre I was very familiar with up to this point and it also seems to not be as popular other genres out in theaters right now. The folowing link, however, did give me a better idea and understanding of what a "film Noir" is. I am sure it can help out any one else who is still unclear about this genre.
